SPREADING SOLAR COOKING

SPREADING SOLAR COOKING

Yesterday was a very busy day for both the students and the trainers at the ECC as they received a talk from Solar International Cookers. The presentation was done by Stella and Steve together with Diana who volunteers at the center.
The talk was dabbed ' spreading solar cooking' as it focused on cooking using solar energy. As in spending nothing on fuel!

Diana urged the students to embrace the new technology and take it as a challenge to the way they cook "Solar cooking is all about steam and does not destroy the nutrients in food which makes you healthy, strong and happy."
She also recommended that this was the first challenge to change. When you change you grow! if you don't change you remain a baby.
